While Chile’s 33 are saved, 2 of 4 Ecuadorian miners found dead
A cave-in last Friday trapped four Ecuadorian miners 150m below ground, trapped in a gold mine. Two have been found dead while the status of the remaining two is currently unknown. Deputy Mining Minister Jorge Espinosa hopes to find them alive as rescuers work to dig them out.
